Starting today, you will be able to fish Red Snapper on weekends (Fri – Sun) until the limit has been reached. Don’t forget you will need the ROLP (https://rolp.wlf.la.gov/) in addition to your fishing license. Bag limits are two per person and the minimum length is 16 inches.
As much of a pain bag limits, size requirements, and ROLP’s are, keep in the back of your mind that these things keep the resource going strong and it really helps Louisiana continue its fight toward regional management. 

So pack up your boat with friends and family and catch some Snapper! Now I’m hungry for some fish tacos :).
